a living home

youssef belkaid’s rammed earth residence just beyond marrakech

i wandered just beyond marrakech for a few days, drifting from the city’s rhythm into a quieter world of moun marrakech ———— in the heart of the most beautiful almost ready-to-harvest olive grove, surrounded on every side by their silver-green leaves and heavy fruit, stands youssef’s amazing home. an incredible project and architecture i deeply believe in. a dream made tangible in rammed earth, crafted with heart, care, and love.

at the centre of it all, youssef’s home feels warm, grounded, and alive in every way. its tadelakt and earthen walls breathe with the sun, and every moment reimagines the space, drawing new curves in light and colour, revealing small secrets. this home is an ode to light itself. a photographer’s dreamland where shadow and brightness move with intention.

youssef, your home is stunning in every sense, as endlessly creative as you. a place that holds space for both serenity and inspiration. it welcomes, it breathes, and it tells a story as extraordinary as the person behind it.
